Q1. Are you a manufactory or trading company?
A: We are manufactory with OEM/ODM service.
Q2. Can I customize my own products?
A: Yes, we are glad to receive your customize requests, the colors, material, size, thickness and printing.
Q3. If I want to get the sample, How long does it usually take you to make a delivery?
A: In general, we need 5days to make the sample.
Q4. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, the delivery time is about 45 days.
Q5. How does your quality control?
A: We have a professional QC team, we will control the goods quality during all the mass production, and we can do inspection service for you. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Q6. How about the shipping way?
A:
(1).If the order is not big, door to door service by courier is okay, such as TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS etc to all countries.
(2).By air or sea through your nomination forwarder is the normal way I do.
(3).If you don't have your forwarder, we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.
